With Try & Hire, you can get to know an employee on the job, both personally and professionally, and employ him or her permanently after the “probation period”. Once you inform us about your requirements, we create the requirements profile together, start our search, lead job interviews and present you the most suitable candidates. The carefully selected employee is initially employed by Otti & Partner and can be kept on and employed by your company after he or she has successfully completed the induction phase. The integration time will be contractually agreed. You will account for the employee’s work performance with time sheets and thus only invest in the actual work time.

Provision of personnel – Temporary employment

Thanks to the provision of personnel, you can react much more flexibly to changes in the market situation – for example for project work or maternity leave replacements, or to compensate for seasonal fluctuations, peak times and sick leaves. After you have communicated us your requirements, we create the requirements profile together, start our search, lead job interviews and present you the most qualified candidates. We then provide the carefully selected employee to your company. You only pay for the working hours you actually need. The work performance is accounted for with time sheets.

Interim management

Personnel parking – Outsourcing

For the purposes of personnel parking, we assume the employer role for you. You can outsource your own staff to us while at the same time keeping the full personnel-decision competence in your company. Your employees are registered with, managed and payroll-accounted by Otti & Partner. Of course, you can reintegrate your outsourced employees at any time.

Payroll accounting

In addition to our other service products, we also offer to take over your payroll accounting. The data required for payroll accounting purposes are transmitted to us. We provide the monthly pay slip in envelopes and ready to be distributed to your employees. We deliver the entire salary and wage accounts to you between the 20th and 25th of each month. At your request, we also prepare other evaluations and statistics. By outsourcing payroll accounting, your administrative effort is reduced and you can fully focus on your core business.

Accounting

In addition to our other service products, we also offer to take over your accounting work. We prepare a customized offer for you and perform all desired tasks such as cash basis accounting, bank accounting, financial accounting, fixed asset accounting, cost accounting, reporting or controlling.
Activities which exceed our powers according to trade law will be performed in collaboration with our reliable public tax accountant.

Job advertisements in print and online media. In many cases a “passive search”, i.e. advertisement-based recruitment, is the best choice.
